Hilarious clip from Cyberpunk 2077 shows the NPC getting into the car in the weirdest way possible

Despite being released over a year ago and since receiving multiple content updates and fixes, Cyberpunk 2077 still has a good number of technical failures. Although it is safe to say at this point that the current state of Cyberpunk 2077 is considerably better than when it launched in 2020, there are still plenty of issues that have managed to slip through the cracks. However, most are actually quite hilarious to watch instead of groundbreaking.

When Cyberpunk 2077 was first released, the amount of bugs players had to deal with made the game virtually unplayable. Some of the issues ranged from frame rate dips to low render speeds to the numerous in-game crashes that Cyberpunk 2077 gamers had to deal with during the game’s first few months on the market. Fortunately, most of the glitches in Cyberpunk 2077 are less disruptive and more humorous, as is the case with this latest glitch.

On Reddit, a user named Brave-Total-8989 posted a brief gameplay clip where the playable character, V, escorts an NPC to a vehicle that has been overturned. V then explains that the car will take the NPC to a safe place, to which the NPC thanks V before flipping 180 degrees in the air before entering the car at the same angle. The wheels of the car then begin to spin as if the vehicle was supposed to leave at that time.

Not only is this scene absolutely hilarious, but it also illustrates everything that can go wrong in Cyberpunk 2077. It is unknown if the car was overturned when the player first arrived or if the player had somehow crushed the vehicle before. Either way, the NPC flipping over, purely for the animation of them getting into the car to play the re-directed angle is not only weird but hugely entertaining.

It’s amazing how players still manage to experience issues like this almost two years later. Cyberpunk 2077 first launched. It is clear that CD Projekt Red continues to improve the game from a technical point of view, but considering the number of problems Cyberpunk 2077 First encountered on its initial release, the game still has a long way to go, as evidenced by this car glitch.

Either way, it will be interesting to see what the future holds. Cyberpunk 2077 go forward. In addition to continuing to patch the game, CD Projekt Red is still working on a free DLC for Cyberpunk 2077. Right now it’s unclear when DLCs are campaigning for Cyberpunk 2077 will be released, but it is clear that CD Projekt Red is currently developing them at the very least.

Cyberpunk 2077 is available on PC, PS4, PS5, Xbox One and Xbox Series X/S.
