WWE has filed several new marks with the United States Patent and Trademark Office.

On 08/19 WWE registered trademarks for the term “WWE Day 1” for software and commercial purposes. The marks were entered into the mark database on Monday afternoon (8/23).

International class 009: software, namely software for creating mobile internet applications and client interfaces; Downloadable mobile applications for streaming audio and video content; downloadable ring tones, graphics and music via a global computer network and wireless devices; decorative magnets for refrigerators; video and computer game tapes, video and computer game discs, video and computer game cassettes, video and computer game cartridges, video and computer game CD-ROMs, video game apparatus for use with televisions; computer and video game software; motion picture and television films, namely motion pictures in the form of sports entertainment; pre-recorded compact discs, pre-recorded video cassettes, pre-recorded video cassettes, pre-recorded DVDs and pre-recorded audio cassettes, all featuring sports entertainment; interactive video game programs and computer game cartridges; mousepad; disposable cameras; Sun glasses; sunglasses cases; corrective lenses; and optical cases, namely cases for glasses and sunglasses; cases for mobile phones; walkie-talkies, protective helmets; sports helmets

Intent of use: The applicant has a good faith intention and has the right to use the mark in commerce on or in connection with the identified products / services.

International class 025: Clothing, namely, tops, shirts, jackets, sweatshirts, hoodies; outerwear, namely, coats; stockings, pants, shorts, underwear, dresses, pajamas, lingerie, ties for clothing, scarves, gloves, swimwear; Halloween and masquerade costumes; footwear, namely shoes, sneakers, slippers, flip flops, boots; headgear, namely hats, caps; bracelets; bandanas; championship trophy belts

Intent of use: The applicant has a good faith intention and has the right to use the mark in commerce on or in connection with the identified goods / services.

It is not known how WWE plans to use the mark.
